We transform the granule into powder, using a cryo-crushing process. Depending on the requirement and application area, we can produce hotmelt powders with different particle sizes (0 to 800 my). This flexibility allows the product to be adapted to specific needs and the desired application area, with a final result that stands out for its breathability and lightness.

EVA

EVA is an adhesive resin characterised by its exceptional versatility and affordable cost. This resin boasts excellent adhesion properties and is available in different viscosity variants. It is particularly suitable for the adhesion of heat-sensitive substrates, its Vinyl-Acetate content is between 28% and 33%.

Co.Pes

Co.Pes. is characterised by extraordinary adhesion strength and cohesion, making it an excellent option for a range of applications. These adhesives are fully compliant with the VOC regulations of the automotive industry, and provide outstanding resistance to plasticisers. Thanks to their wide range of application temperatures, Co.Pes. are ideal for adhesion on technical laminates, metals, PVC and polyester.

Co.Pa

high-performance products with outstanding resistance to chemicals. It provides good adhesion on nylon and has excellent bonding strength and cohesion. It also offers a wide range of usage temperatures.

TPU

Our options include several solutions, with or without caprolactone, perfect for bonding PU foams onto fabrics and films. These adhesives are also widely applied to leather and hides, even when the surface is oily and has poor adhesion. They are the ideal choice for the production of tips and counters. Its characteristics make it the ideal product for DTF printing.

HDPE and LDPE

This adhesive resin is a cost-effective choice that offers excellent adhesion properties. It has a wide viscosity range and is remarkably chemically resistant to both acids and alkalis. It is particularly suitable for automotive applications and for laminating polyethylene (PE) foams.
